Product Manager

What You’ll Do

• Know the user: Understanding the desires of users, build use cases, and translate those use cases into product definitions.

• Execute on strategy & tactics: Deep understanding of the Company’s mission and strategies, manage product vision, set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals. Being able to drive product strategy based on return of investment.

• Develop the product roadmap: Translate Company’s strategy into a 3-year product roadmap. Priortize and plan user stories in the roadmap. Define, monitor and analyze metrics for existing and upcoming products and features.

• Owning product profitability: Measure and optimize product profitability. Negotiate terms with suppliers and partners.

• Talk in code: Be able to communicate with our developers in a language they understand.

• Mange the backlog: Know the value and the order of the backlog - and handle stakeholders. Adjust course based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.


You may be a good fit if

• You can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details

• You have a nose for great products, and advocate for new features with qualitative and quantitative reasoning

• You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration

• You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

• You communicate with empathy and exceptional precision

• You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alike


• At least 4 years of product management experience from a tech company or startup
